The center offers numerous monthly courses and workshops in photography, aiming to widely spread the basics of photography among new photographers, and to develop the skills of existing photographers by offering specialized workshops in areas such as portrait photography, fashion photography, nature photography, architectural photography, newborn photography, equestrian photography, Milky Way photography, street life photography, city photography, night photography, and other specialized photography areas that open horizons for significant development and creativity.

We organize internal and external exhibitions for Qatari and resident photographers who are members of the center, with various themes that embody great creativity. These exhibitions aim to highlight the identity of photographers in their diverse fields. These exhibitions extend for a period of a month or more, and the center provides the necessary facilities for the photographer, including obtaining photography permits for certain locations that require them if a member wishes to hold an exhibition at the center, or if there is a need to provide certain photos to relevant authorities. At such times, the center bears all expenses, including photo printing, catalog, and invitations. All media outlets are invited to cover the event, and such exhibitions are considered an incentive and encouragement for youth to showcase their talents and urge them towards innovation and development. As for external exhibitions, the center coordinates with official bodies to organize special events about Qatar, where artworks depicting Qatar's history and heritage through the works of creative artists are displayed. This is often done through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatar's embassies worldwide.

Organizing many photography competitions with the aim of encouraging photographers to showcase their creative works that they have not previously shared with anyone. Competitions are organized according to national events and occasions organized by the state, such as the National Day celebration, Sports Day, Gulf Traffic Week, and other occasions. This is done in coordination with the centers and organizing bodies of the event, according to agreed partnerships with those entities.

Holding a monthly meeting for photographers, convened for one day each month, featuring a guest speaker who shares their experience or expertise in photography. This also includes discussing the center's activities and receiving all suggestions and methods for their development

Hosting creative photographers from Gulf countries with the aim of benefiting from their experiences and transferring and exchanging expertise with these sisterly countries.

Participating with some government entities in many internal events, offering a number of courses and workshops, and working on photography projects for their buildings and their affiliated branches.

The center organizes courses that include both theoretical and practical aspects for new photographers, and it organizes external workshops that focus solely on the practical side, which are a type of workshop offered to advanced photographers.
